All the 16v engnies have the more modern 'single sensor', providing both speed and reference from a 60-2 pattern.
The missing 2 teeth give the once per rev reference, making a second (8 valve type) reference sensor redundant.

Does the single sensor have the same plug as the VR sensors on the lux? 3 pin bosch type.
I don't know the resistance. They are grouped together which would suggest there is only one driver.
