Rusted Sills help !!!

Hi there ,

I'm new to this forum , could anyone give me some advice on where I can get replacement sills for my 1983 944 ?

or advice on how to repair them ? , they are rusted in a bad way :-(

Hi Marcus,

I've moved this to the main 944 forum, do a bit of reading back over the months and you'll see that it's a common problem.

Regarding where to get replacements, Porsche ones fit properly and aren't significantly more than pattern once you factor in the labour involved with getting cheaper panels to fit.
 
They are currently available from Porsche dealers everywhere. I would get on and buy some, because they are made on a batch basis and when they run outthere might be a delay until they become available again. The next lot usually costs more than the last lot, too.
