Run out Tomorrow Sunday 24th Feb.

Agree 100%... or been in the NE long so rely on you guys knowing the roads but I’m generally free Sunday mornings for something impromtu!

Hi Chris would have loved to join you but 2 toys tucked up in bed sorned and the work horse in the paint enjoy your day you lucky lot

After some rearranging and the all clear from mission control, all being well i.e. the traffic up the A19 and the western bypass I'll see you at the Blackbird at 0900

Hi All,

Thanks for the turn out today, I had a great time and I hope you all did too. Glad we found another bacon sandwich shop to visit.

Adam, I'm sorry we lost you round the A1, hope you got back ok.

Kevin, sorry but it was today (Sunday 24th). Totally my mistake, I should have put it in the title. I hope you haven't rearranged too much.

I'm looking forward to a long season of run outs.

See you all soon

Chris

Great run out today, thanks for organising it. Saw you guys head off the A1 and missed the turn so went to visit a mate in Longframlington. First time I've been compared to Prince Phillip although fortunately I managed to keep up and also not hit anything. I also went out Saturday through Edmundbyers to Romaldkirk which was fantastic although taken at a more leisurely pace than today. More impressed with the handling and speed of the 718S each time I drive it, shame about the loss of cylinders but thats progress I guess.

My iPad was on charge last night so unfortunately missed this run.Believe I passed Adam just before Edmundbyers on Saturday afternoon when on way to loop round Alston. His car does look smart.

Great run out guys....the young nephew was over the moon....his mum messaged me after saying he was filling his brothers heads with facts & figures...we needed to get up behind Panamera next time to see the spoiler deploy/retract!

I'm now hoping that the static camera I passed on the A1 wasn't live...I heard the alert ping but didn't think of slowing until I saw it in my mirrors...

David, thanks for subbing me the cake & coffee....how dare shops not take switch in 2019 LOL

I echo Simon's comments. Great run out.

I even managed to keep up with you lot on the twisty stuff :)

Anyways, some photos from Seahouses below (I hope).

Simon, I was trying to keep up with Randall over to Rothbury, not much of a competition as that panamera seriouly shifts, but it was the 10 pot brakes on the front that wow'd me! I did manage to see the spolier deploy and retract a few times, it looked great and wouldn't have been out of place on a transformer (autobot obviously!)

Chris

Great to see that the good weather has inspired some of the guys to arrange a drive out today and especially from the Blackbird Inn my second home in my misspent younger days. Have a great time and sorry I can’t make it.

Personally I,m planning to put my car back on the road this weekend so if anyone is up for a meet up and a trip out somewhere then please get in touch. I,m quite open to where to meet up and where to head as long as it’s not a meet up too far south in our region. (Sorry)
