Reversing camera for Panamera 970

I've just bought a Mr12Volt CarPlay upgrade for my 2009 Panamera 4S with PCM 3.1.

I want to install a reversing camera at the same time and Google recommends the GreenYi-116 AHD 1080p Trunk Handle Backup Camera, which comes as a replacement boot handle with integral Sony AHD 1080p sensor. The blurb says the camera is specially designed for Audi Q2 Q2L Q5L A5 Skoda Karoq KODIAQ Cayenne VW Polo Bora - but not Porsche Panamera. However, as a VAG-compatible part, might it still fit?

Does anyone have experience with this camera - or can recommend an alternative, ideally that integrates nicely with the car's bodywork and electronics.

Thanks in advance for any replies.
