Hi, I'm looking at replacing the original tailpipes with a black set.
If anyone has done this, did you source the item from Porsche [cost is £577.56 incl vat & fitting].
If not through Porsche, any recommendations & how easy are they to fit yourself?
Thanks

Have a look on Design911.co.uk

Theres a few options - careful that you don't pick one that only fits an aftermarket one though.
Genuine one is about £100 cheaper than the price you quoted, though you will have to fit it yourself.

I bought one for my old 987, if it is only a single pipe connection with the twin pipes coming off it, it will be easy to fit.
If its a T-shaped fitting, then you'll have to spread the silencers apart slightly so you can get the original T section of pipe out first.
A matter of slackening off one of the rear silencer hangers.
