Sorry if this duplicates the video... but some golden rules:
Open the bleed nipples when you push the pistons back
Replace the damping plates if you can.
Use new bolts.
If you can‘t easily clean up the slider pins, get a new fitting kit.
Use copper grease on all moving parts except the friction surfaces.
Buy good quality. We like Brembo!

New Bolts are 3.25 from your Porsche Centre. Use those
Also new Springs (1 on each Disc)
On the front you have 4 inserts that go in the Discs - Quite expensive
I buy my Brembos from Euro Car Parts - genuine
They had a 50% offer a few weeks ago (ON LINE) bought better than a local car place

Well, it's been a fun bank holiday weekend so far!
Started on driver's side. All fine at first, pads came out no problem, caliper came out OK, then started to tackle the discs and spacers.
They wouldn't budge, the holding screws were so tight they rounded, so I had to drill them out. I think the spacers had stretched them and the thread was pretty destroyed.
The driver's side took me most of yesterday morning but all done ?? very proud of myself!
The passenger side is another story!
Same issue with spacers and discs, drilled out in no time. The issue this time was the bottom caliper bolt. It's seriously threaded so my 10mm Allen key snapped. I should have used a breaker bar and 10mm hex to begin with but finally got it out. I'll post a picture of how bad it looks!
Stupidly I didn't buy enough new caliper bolts, so I need to wait for Euro Car Parts to open tomorrow so I can finish the job.
It's been really hard work, considering I have never worked on anything this advanced before but I've really enjoyed it... And learned a lot!

Get the Bolts from your Porsche Centre - about 3.50 each GENUINE
Bought my Brembo Front and Rear Discs and pads about 210.00 inc FROM EURO
Damper Plates Extra
You may find it easier to slight tighten the Bolts before. When un doing them also hit the end of the socket with a hammer first and, of course, use plenty of Plus Gas first

I'm going to have a go at my rear disks & pads over the next few weeks, they're not worn just seriously rusty! Got Brembo replacements & caliper bolts from OPC, only part I'm nervous about is the removal of the caliper bolts...
One question though, there are two different sizes of damping shims - which goes where in the caliper?
