Afternoon all !
With lockdown etc, I decided to tackle a few jobs on th Turbo S, including a front main seal oil change- got that all done (took several weeks inc. waiting for parts) - 10 mile run, car back in the garage. Then the radiator sprung a leak - traced it to the drain plug which had become a two piece item.
Several weeks later, new plug fitted and coolant bled and sorted.
Right, I must fix the leaking washer tank/ crappy jets - new NS jet fitted. Traced the leak to the Headlight washer pump - need to get the tank out - OMG - took me 4+ hours all in to remove it, sort it and refit it.....
This included removing the headlamp motor - what a PITA job that was. Anyhow, car now has two working washer jets and a tank that doesnt empty itself on the driveway.
