Removed dash now it won't start

Hi as it says in title I removed the dash to change the dash lights and some of the copper track is snapped/broken.
As such I started the car after changing some mechanical parts ran it for a while and now I've come back to it it won't start.
It doesn't crank click or anything.

I haven't checked fuses yet as after a day of work on it I'm fed up.

So where should I start what is most likely to cause this after the having the dash out ?
 
It started fine with the dashboard out and then after 5 minutes of of it being turned off it would plus the battery is brand new and fully charged
 
The symptoms are immobiliser like but i was told they were all removed before the car was sold so cant be certain
 
Hmmm. If the solenoid is not clicking then it could be a number of things. On the positive terminal there is a clamp bolt for the terminal and on the front battery cars I believe there is a another for the cables that run down to the fuse box which may be loose. Also across the bulkhead, check to see that there is agood connection between the plug and socket that powers the solenoid, the field windings supply to the alternator and the B+ conductor through which the battery is charged (I I R C ) If all is well here then check all the terminals on the back of the indicator switch. Additionally I had the ignition switch, effectively, wear out so that even when the key is turned there was no supply to the solenoid. This can be checked by identifying the two teminal on the back of the ignition switch and just touching on a bridging wire to see if the starter kicks. Give that all a go and get back.
 
Quick update walked to the car this morning wouldnt start, then called AA to tow it home the battery tester said its all good went to start and it fired up.
So i drove it home fine and tried to restart it with no luck.
No relays clicking or anything which steers me towards the immobiliser route which il investigate today.
 
Plus one on the dme relay of connections. If this is not the case do consider the possibility of a burnt out set of contacts in the ignition; this is so intermittent you wouldnt believe. Had it on my 924. Crude I know but have you tried push starting or tow starting it? You need 200 rpm before the fuel and spark kick in.
