Remove immobiliser

Hi, I have an immobiliser which is rather old. It was in the car when I bought it 15 years ago and is now playing up.
Can anybody recommend someone who can remove it WITHOUT mucking up the Tracker that’s on it ?
or
Replace it with a new immobiliser ?

I‘m in the Surrey / Sussex area
