Relay for intermitent wipers

My intermitent wipers have stopped working (ie the first click) - all other settings are fine. I imagine it's the relay that controls them. Does anyone know which relay it is or have a PDF of the relevant pages in the service manual?

Before you do that, check that the small plug hasn't disconnected itself from the back of the delay adjustment potentiometer. I had the same problem. If that isn't the problem, send me an email, and I'll attach the relay layout to a reply.
 
Here is a diagram of the Relay Support 1 (in the driver's footwell). Position 16 is for the interval delay relay, and the part number is 996.615.103.00
