I have no more information to give you and do not want to engage in, nor justify any speculation. Just suffice to say that Maurice would rather the day-to-day stuff that goes on for a Register Secretary be handled for the time being by Ken. If Maurice is unwell then I have no doubt that everyone will join with me to wish him a speedy recovery.
