Regional Concours - Sunday 8th June at Avington Park, Nr Winchester

Hi All,

Just a quick reminder to any prospective visitors, that Region 17 are holding their annual informal Concours at Avington Park, next
Sunday, starting at 1100hrs, with judging commencing at 1300hrs and prize giving and raffle at 1445hrs.

Entry fee is £6 per car, this is purely to pay for the private tour of the House.

Bring your chairs and a picnic and enjoy this very beautiful venue.

Must say a big thank you to the people who organised the concours event, this is the first event me and my wife have been to since delivery of the 997 Turbo
A lovely setting and a nice guided tour around Avington House, unfortunately we could not enter the concours or stay to the end due to other commitments but there was a good selection of cars and the sun was out so you could not ask for more.

Yes, All of us from Region 26 who ventured into Hampshire for this event enjoyed their day. Excellent venue and I wish my lawn was as good![:)]
 
Thanks guys,

Hopefully next year the same venue and weather, but I will have to ban people from using trolly jacks.... they have left some big divots in the lawn..... No names.... but you know who you are...
