Hi all,
We have a great opportunity to have a chronological Turbo display at The Regent Street Motor Show to commemorate 40 years of 911 Turbo.

Some more details:
- Very short notice - Saturday 1 November
- I did the 50 year of 911 display last year which was a great hit hence being invited once again. We display as Porsche Club GB.
- They have assigned space for possibly 2 of each Turbo generation, A Coupe and Cabrio would be amazing.
- Cars will be fenced off, something like this: http://regentstreetmotorshow.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/TomDymond_163.jpg
- Show opens 10:30am and cars need to be on display till 4pm. Arrival time is 8am for setup. The road whole of Regent street is then closed at 8:30am while we are setting up the display.
- Owner not required to be next to the car and can go Regent Street shopping/browsing...
- Fun day out for all, our proposed display space is right out the main Apple store on Regent Street and next to a Top Gear official drive simulator.

Will need earlier models as later one are easy to get (space allocated for 12 cars)

Please email: khirani[AT]gmail.com or call O772 O94 1O15 if interested. Need to confirm the display and cars by this weekend so that your invites and instructions can get out to you in time.

Kind regards,
Kish

Lucy, unless plastic-man brings his kids :) , as mention they will be fenced-off, it will be not possible to touch the cars. Here is a photo more likely the distance from the cars from the Aston displayed last year:

Hi Karl,
Original proposal was to have a Turbo Carbrio and coupe of each generation but i like the idea of getting the GT2 instead of 2 of each Turbos, so far have one of each and missing 997 gen I and II Turbos.

If both 996 and 997 GT2 are available then worth putting an effort in tracking the rare 993 GT2 completing the set. Will see if our friends at Hexagon have one if we can't find a member's one...

Hi Karl,
Not sure if the forum mail system is working had emailed you on 18 Oct. I don't have your direct mail so appreciate if you can drop me an email as need the home addresses to post out the pass and instruction ASAP.

Many thanks,
Kish
