James, the covers youve seen are pretty much rubbish - they always look poor when theyre fitted, PVC or leather. For the money that youre thinking about you could buy a set of clean sports bolsters in leather.

I bought a set a year or two ago for under £400 and theyre like new. Rear seats arent worth a great deal in PVC to match.

This reminds me that I have two sets of leather seats (944 std seats in grey-beige & 928S4 in linen with 944&928 rears) that both need a small repair and a pair of sports seats that need new fabric covers.

I know a couple of trimmers who will be able to repair your damaged bolster. Ive had many foam repairs and it isnt a big job.

The seats will fit onto 944 rails though. Theyre essentially the same as a 944/911 seat from the same period, but with bigger and better upholstery.
