Recommend me an Alarm fitter (please!)

Hi folks,

My current alarm system on the 964 just isnt up to the job. The system is riddled with faults and im looking to have the old system fully removed and to have a good quality alarm (and possibly a tracker) fitted.

The problem is I cant find a good alarm fitter. My only experience of alarm installers are those in and around Newcastle. The choice of alarms is limited and the few ive tried (on previous cars) didn't take the time to properly remove the factory alarm systems.

So"¦ can anyone recommend me an alarm fitter in the North. Im prepared to travel!

Also, if you have experience of a good make of alarm or tracker please let me know.

Hi i can highlt recomend carsound in north ormesby middlesbrough.... they have done every single car ive owned and are the most experianced in the area

Thanks for the reply Barrie. Ive dropped them an email to see which brands they stock and if they have any deals on. I have also been recommended Source Sounds in Sheffield, however Middlesbrough is a little bit closer! I dont mind travelling for a good job though.

You could try Autosounds in Newcastle. I find them to be cheaper and far more helpful than Carsound.
They fitted a Cobra alarm in my Octavia and were £50 cheaper than Carsound for the same job.
