I think the reason the OPC is so busy says more about the problems they are experiencing with the Taycan build quality.Unable to open rear boot OPC unable to to view until March 21st!
Porsche assist not interested as car driveable so no replacement car offered. Is this the best Porsche can offer on a car less than 12 months old?
Will look at the other suggestions re opening tomorrow

Attempted to open using remote and internal to no avail
Will look again tomorrow but Porsche response stinks and shows how much they value the customer in my opinion
Or leave it parked across their entrance with a big sign in the window..
My boot is also not opening, recently went to them for water ingress (sealant applied that should have been done at the factory!) and PCM update (second one). Was to have AC heater done also, but PC weren't prepared to wait for part to arrive so booked in again on 12th Feb - now boot malfunction as well. Telling them now in case a part is needed.
I had expected one of our members to know how to get round this.
