Re-booting a 997's Electronics

As I drove off in my new 997 today the complete dashboard display was blank.

I phoned the OPC who said phone Porsche assist.

Porsche assist sent a 'Very Very Nice Man' from the RAC.

He disconnected the battery, then reconnected it and the Dashboard sprang back into life.

Porche vehicle tracking phoned about ten minutes later to say the car's electrical system had been tampered with!

Has any one else needed a re -boot ?
