Assuming that this event is at least postponed or, more likely, cancelled, what is happening to the monies already paid? Will they be refunded or carried forward to a future BBQ event?

Hi Ian , hope you are well, the event status will be reviewed early next month, I think at this stage it is likely to be postponed or cancelled for this year. I will contact everyone once a decision has been made.

Update 6/8/20

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Covid 19 restrictions, I have had to cancel this year’s summer BBQ due to be held on the 2/9/20. This is due to the guidelines placed on the venue in relation to serving of food and also mixing of different family groups. We hope to be able to run the event next year and over the weekend I will be posting out refunds.
