R3 WOTY Dunblane, Scotland, 17 - 19 September

Hi Everyone,

Hydro booked and restaurant registered. Looking forward to a good break. See you soon,

Charles & Sue

Dear All - looking forward to meeting everyone, just moved to this region and keen to explore the Trossachs!

Andrew & Jacqueline

Just made a reservation at the Hydro.

Have registered and ticked boxes for the dinner reservations both days - just in time for the deadline. . .hopefully!

(Q5 of the online Reservation Form asked 'number of extra passengers in your party' - no '0' option and a response necessary to register, so have had to tick 1 extra passenger - but I will be a single. Hope that makes sense and think I've completed the form correctly?)

Many thanks to those organising all this!

Paul

We will be there, staying till the Monday. If we are to late for the booking of the evening meal so be it.

Andy and Angela

Hi Martin

Hope the house move goes well. Keep an eye out as more events will be planned.

Regards - Jacquie

A great weekend everyone…thanks to Jaquie & Philip for such a well organised event. Despite the damp forecast leading up to then weekend you also arranged the weather came good and it was sunglasses most of the weekend which was unexpected.

Randalll deserves a special callout for clearing the road like a snowplough as the lead car in our little group on Saturday. Seeing him hustle his Panamera thru some tiny gaps gave me the reassurances I needed there was enough room for me despite the noises coming from my passenger!

Can I also thank everyone for the great company over the weekend and making Elaine, who genuinely has no interest in cars (she has a SEAT pretend 4x4 thing!) feel so welcome. She was very wary of coming away with a load of petrolheads who she thought would only be talking about cars…Apparently ‘Porsche w*nker’ doesnt apply to anyone but me and is now a term of endearment I can now call my own….I don’t suppose I helped my case with the comment ‘….they are catching us up, I can see Porsche headlights…’ on the final run along the A75…she just doesn’t understand!

Thanks again, hopefully we can make the next one!

Excellent weekend ‘North of the wall’ with great camaraderie, food and countryside. Many thanks to Phillip and Jacquie for all the organisational efforts!

John & Gillian

Fantastic weekend.

Hi All.

Many thanks for everyone making the hard work of Philip and Jackie go so well.

Good format worked well and gave me one day off from Sally chasing a grey turbo saying "if Philip got round so can we, whoooooo this is fun "!

Me 😵🙏😬😄😁.

Thanks again to Philip and Jackie.

Hope to be driving next time we all meet.

Mark and Sally.

Back and recovered from the 3 days of WOTY. Tired but fulfilled and feeling wonderful after a terrific weekend. Such an opportunity only comes through the effort and commitment of others and Philip and Jacquie - you did a fabulous job; the hotel was superb, staff really helpful, parking reassuringly safe, breakfast extensive, rooms and beds large. The two evening meals were an event in themselves and terrific fun. Fabulous roads and scenery, amazingly detailed route instruction, reassuring and fun briefings, enjoyable breaks and route stops . . .I could go on - brilliant Philip and Jacquie!

But above all, amazing comraderie - a huge thank you to all involved at the weekend, you made it a real delight from start to finish.

Paul (White 981S also white hair (and come to think of it, white jacket!))

Hi

Hi all, just back from an extended WOTY. We both had a great time meeting up with old friends and making new ones along the way.

Not really a lot to add to the above posts apart from what maybe could be the Quote of the weekend (no names)..... "When he had a six pack.....!"

Thank you Philip and Jacquie for a great weekend.
