We need to pay a deposit in the next month so early payment would really be appreciated

Cliff, The committee decided not to have music this year to keep costs down.

included in the price with no extra to pay.

We have now (with the help of Ashley) negotiated a better deal with the hotel and we are now able to include a disco in the same price £25. If you would like to join us again we really do need some help so we can pay the deposit and secure the booking in the next month. We currently have 12 firm bookings but would like some more. All the details are below regarding how to book and where to send the cheque.

Thanks to all who have helped us and booked early. We now have 32 places booked but still have spaces available sp if you are planning on joining us please book in advance. There have been a few changes to the evening, disco now included for the same price, and a new booking code to get the discounted room rate PRIXMSA1
