R10 Rally.

Hi Gary,

It’s going really well. Can you text your phone number and email to me on 07749 292227 pls. We talked about progressing the Rally via a group of helpers at the next meeting, but you won’t be there? Would be good if we could touch base shortly before then to talk about how far you have got, what other thoughts you have etc., and exchange any papers that you have.

Thanks.

Mark

Ray, I will contact the Porsche club office and see what is needed licence wise ans lost the details

Mike

Hi Gary

Not been to the Sharnbrook meets, but have been a PCGB for a few years now. Lin and myself are interested in the Rally later in the year: very much , date dependant though.

Regards

Phil.

Hi Phil,

Thanks for your interest.

Actual date is yet to be finalised and of course numbers.

The good news is interest seems to be growing.

We're working hard at getting things in place.

We are looking at October if possible and I have become aware there is a half term holiday in October.

Keep checking the forum for any updates.

Once again, thanks for your interest.

Gary.

Hi Gary

Thanks for the ‘heads up’ and await in anticipation for more details and of course date proposed. Lin and myself are scheduled to join the Cotswolds Rally, always a good event.

Phil

Hi Gary,

I am definitely interested, and given the amount of effort you have already put in, it would be a shame to waste it.

Keep me posted and let me know if you need any assistance.

Neil

Hi Drew,

We don't know the date yet but it's looking like early October.

Thanks for the interest.

Will update forum as and when we can.

Gary.

Hi Gary. I wasn’t at the February meeting, but I would be interested in joining the R10 Rally in my 997 CSR. October is generally a good month for me. I await to hear more details. Mat

Hi Mat,

That's great, early days yet but looking good as far as interest is rapidly growing.

Keep an eye on the Forum for updates.

Once again thanks,

Gary.

The following is posted on behalf of Gary, who started another post, I suggested we keep all on the same one, so we know where we are:

“Just to let you all know, it seems the interest and momentum is picking up. We still need more interest though. I have had some fantastic news. Both the boat trip and parking authorities are up for this. It looks like October may be on. Many of you are interested but date dependant. We obviously have a meet in October. This could be held on that meeting day instead of the meeting. Let me know your thoughts”. Gary.

Well, if we can manage the numbers, we could well hold this event on the 13 October, in place of the normal Monthly Meet at Sharnbrook....

Please tell us what you think here on this thread, to avoid confusion between posts [:)]

Ta. .....

Hi Gary Sounds like a really good idea would definitely be interested if the dates were ok

Would help out if you need

Good Luck

Howard and Joanne

Hi Howard/Joanne,

Thanks for offering your support.

Looks like this may be on the October meeting date instead of the meeting.

To all interested.

Is Saturday October 13th OK?

This will be an all day event!

Hi Gary;

Missed the last meeting, but this sounds great - see you at the next meeting!

Stu
