Just taking a look at other Regions/Registers etc ..... and the additional quick fix access seems very handy when you want to access something specific .... for instance it could be :

I think this would tidy it up and actually put our Official Register technical guru in direct contact with us without picking up the phone and getting him to call back maybe sometime.
I think Sean would also be happy to let us know where and when he's driving how is doing and answering driving questions.
This is NOT a critique of the current format but a good further use of this fabulous forum.
