Pub of the Month (POTM) 15th March 2018 plus visit to Classic Aston Martin dealer

Hi Mark

Could you please put myself and Lindsey on the list for the Aston visit and meal.

Cheers

Dave

Hello everyone,

We have become a victim of our own success! With over 20 people visiting the showroom and workshops, there is now not enough room at the Bull Hotel / they are not willing to accommodate a large group all at once. So the POTM has been changed to the Cowpers Oak on the High Street in the lovely village of Weston Underwood (postcode MK46 5JS), a quick 5-minute drive from the centre of Olney. Des Smail himself is a regular here!

Landlord Joe is only too happy to reserve his entire back room for us from 7.30pm, whether we dine or not. If you can’t make it until later, please feel free to join us.

As before, if you are going to eat, I would ask you to pre-order from the evening menu which is on the website of the Cowpers Oak at https://www.cowpersoak.co.uk/menus.

Please email me on mark.grimwood1@btinternet.com with your food selection. If you can respond before Tuesday, it would be helpful... if you don’t you might have to wait longer for your food!

I apologise to those of you who were hoping to try out the newly-rebuilt/reopened-post-2016-fire Bull !!

Regards.

Mark

Cliff Norris

Will do Martyn. Please email me your menu choices by Tuesday if you wish to eat. See my post on this thread yesterday at 4.35pm.

Thanks.

Mark

Hi everyone,

Just a reminder to email me your menu choices please by close of business tomorrow if possible. Some are having starters as well as mains. Some have selected from the bar menu rather than the evening menu.

Thanks.

Mark
