now that project 930 is on the road, i thought i'd share some pics:

the car is still a loooong way off from being finished, still running in the turbo, lots of tuning still to do and some other major engine work also.

it's been a while since i drove an old 911 - i forgot how useless they are at keeping the windscreen from misting up in the rain! the gearbox and clutch are taking some getting used to, i ran out of gas yesterday due to a faulty petrol gauge and the car was stopped dead in it's tracks today by a puddle of rain water!! so all good then - lots of fun!!! :lol:

finally dug up my original colour. turns out it was "Diamante Z5" also known as "Sarah Diamant", "Sahara Diamant" and "Diamond Sahara Metallic"

so i think it should be something like this

finally after many emails and phone calls to various porsche dealers/distributors around the world, i have finally got my certificate of authenticity!
