Looking at a 2006 997. I live in Scotland but would like to get the car check before flying down. Car is north west London. Can anyone recommend someone?

Thanks in advance.

+1 for Porsche Inspections Allen.

Last year my nephew used them to inspect a 981 Cayman and asked me to review their very comprehensive report which he received on the same day and with which I was very impressed. They covered all the usual items, including a mileage verification and an engine over-revs check and even a paint depth survey, and a short drive was undertaken. They identified a couple of minor issues which the seller rectified before the sale.

They’re not cheap [£500?], but you should have confidence in the inspection if you decide to go ahead with the purchase.

Good luck!

Jeff
