Power Washers

Just a short note to remind you what is actually in the Handbook. Be very carefull when you use a power washer on the 997, especially on the rear wing protective film. At least one member has suffered lifting of this film under power washer action.

Seem to have small amount of dealer white polish just around edge of protective film on my car. Probably left from delivery and it looks like a very thin white line aroung the plastic guard. Any suggestions for cleaning it not using the power washer and avoiding tarnishing the film or scratching my nice new paintwork. [;)][;)]

Use a corner of a business card - this should be hard enough to remove the polish, but soft enough not to damage the paint or the shield.
