Power steering leak

High back to normal have a leak in the power steering hose the metal has corroded think it's the return it's the hose which looks like spaghetti junction can you fix this by cutting pipe and replacing with a rubber hose for a quick fix as I was going to us car this weekend hope makes séance thanks
 
I don't know if you can put a rubber hose in stream on that line as it might be under some pressure coming out of the rack. If the pipe is holed on a straight section you probably could cut out the holey piece and put a compression fitting pipe union in the line. Should hold any pressure and won't lose a lot of cooling capacity.
