New Year Sunday Lunch

Sunday January 20th 2008 - Northop Country Hotel


Charles, has kindly created a very generous three course menu for us all with choice of startes, main and desert for the princely sum of £17.95 per head

I'll add the menu later for those that weren't able to attend yesterday's Monthly meeting.

Those interested please contact Paul or Val, or attend the January meeting on the 9th, so that final numbers can be provided.

Leek & Potato Soup
Duck & Orange scented Pate with toasted Broiche
Fantail of Melon with fruit compote


Mains..
Roast sirloin of Beef with yorkshire pudding
Roast Lamb served with a red wine jus
Baked Salmon fillet masked with prawn and white wine cream

All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables


Desserts...
Baked Lemon tart with raspeberry coulis
Cream filled profiteroles with chocolate sauce
Welsh and Continental cheeses

Can all interested please bring cash or cheque with them to tonights monthly meeting, so that numbers and payment can be sorted ahead of the day.

It was a great afternoon at the Northop Country Hotel, both you and Mel were missed David. The environment, company and food were spot on. Thanks to all for organising and compliments to Charles and his team for a splendid meal and service. It's was certainly a great start to the year.
