Is anyone going along to Porsche Up the Hill at Harewood on the 19th May? Looks like fun!
 
Sure does, Paul. It's a long time since I was there. Not sure what time we'll have to get up, mind!
 
Shamefully I’ve never been before, really looking forward to it! If there are a few of us going we could convoy down.
 
Sounds a good idea. I’m actually a shareholder….but still haven’t been for - longer than I care to admit here!
 
Due to the nature of the Harewood Hill Climb there’s always plenty of areas to lend themselves well to viewing the action. Just as an aside the Cayenne Register has been offered an exclusive SUV vantage point close to the start line at this year’s event .

Please note this location may not be for everyone as I’m told it is only accessible via a track only suited to SUVs, with parking on an area of uneven terrain. Nothing to worry our trusty cars though, hence why this is only available to a limited number of SUV type vehicles. Further information can be found on the Club events page alongside booking details. Whatever you're planning on taking don’t forget you will require an entry ticket to gain access to general parking be it in our exclusive area or not and regardless of whether you’re attempting the hill challenge.

Parking will be limited, so please make sure you keep an eye on the events pages as allocation will be clearly on a first come first served basis so sure to fill up fast. Therefore if you’re interested in a space for your Cayenne, please add your name to the Cayenne thread or email cayenne@porscheclubgb.com to give us a better idea of interest and numbers.

Hi all, does anyone fancy travelling down in convoy? There is a driver briefing at 8:30am, it’s about 45mins from Scotch Corner services. Could meet at the services with an aim to depart at 7:30am if anyone is up for it??
 
Hi Paul, I have an entry and viewing ticket, not a hill climb one, so will not need to be there so early. My plan is to leave Sunderland around 8am and be at Harewood around 9.40am. I am happy to meet up with anyone locally and can also do a quick in&out of Scotch Corner Moto on the way down.... let me know if anyone wants to convoy...cheers John :cool:

My commitments on Saturday evening prevent an early Sunday morning departure, so I predict I'll be there around 11:00. I'll find those I know when I get there. A bit gutted I could not commit to doing the hill runs :-(

Has anyone got an idea what the programme of events and timings might be?
I haven’t seen anything posted anywhere Other than the opening time of 10:00.
 
Hazel and I will be there, I booked late as wasn’t sure I could make the date. Couldn’t get a drive ticket - gutted! Hope to meet up with you all.
