Porsche Club Track Days '“ CADWELL PARK.

[FONT=verdana,geneva"] [FONT=arial"] [FONT=verdana,geneva"] [FONT=arial"]We also have our two "˜Northern' Track Days still to run yet. These have both been arranged for this time of year to benefit from the reduction in the circuit hire cost as we move into the winter period. This saving is passed onto members by way of a reduced booking fee. Experience has suggested that the weather at this time of year is usually quite good and sunny, if a little chilly.

[FONT=verdana,geneva"] [FONT=arial"] [FONT=verdana,geneva"] [FONT=arial"]The first of these days is the full circuit at Cadwell Park on Monday 18th October. We have opted for a Monday, as this will allow those who prefer to travel the night before and stay over, can do it on a Sunday without using another working day. Bookings for this day are still a little "˜thin' despite a lot of support being expressed earlier in the year. If you are able to do this day, please get your bookings in.

This day is filling quite quickly and last year it proved to be so popular that we stopped taking bookings. So, if you fancy doing this one, again, please get your bookings in quickly.[FONT=verdana,geneva"]

Thanks Steve, Now back from India for a couple of weeks, then out to Germany for nine days, then back for a reasonable break [:)] I need a holiday !! Cadwell Park is fab, and a decided advantage to our narrow 964's. Even the drive there is on great roads, the Lincolnshire Wolds really are a forgotten and beautiful corner of this great land. Quite an exciting ride, in more ways than you would imagine [:D]
 
I need to get a new insurer first - after having been unceremoniously dumped by Hagerty. Bitch. [:(] B[:mad:]ll[:mad:]cks. Not old enough?! It's 17 years old. [8|]

I'm now with Manning, and Richard Egger on the Motec'd N-GT and the GT3R. Manning would have been good also for the Motec'd N-GT had I had a garage ....

Only 25 booked in so far. This means almost unlimited track access but surely the club will not be able to justify coming back for such a poor turnout. Come on, lets support this one. Ian
 
The weather is looking good (so far) --- And if you haven't experienced The Mountain --- you haven't lived ! [:D]
 
Actually got tempted by this as its my "home" circuit, but cant make it work I'm afriad. Weather is looking great for the East Coast though.
 
I think basically, you folks all go on trackdays, then I look at photos and hear all the tails the day after!!! Consolation is I get 2 40mins races at Snetterton on the day before. But minty hasnt see as much action as planned this year. :-(
 
Well, good luck at Snetterton. I've never driven there but have a customer in Norwich and wonder if I could arrange a visit around a track day ?? Didn't take any pics at Donnington, was too busy and, tired when all was done [;)] What are u driving ?

Back in the caterham I'm afraid. About to seal the deal on a new race car for 2011, hopefully quite a bit faster than I'm used to!! More on that soon. Snett, makes a great porsche circuit, decent straights and fast corners!
