Pole Position Seats

Yes, some research shows the 968CS (1320kg) was 10kg heavier than the S2, the 968 Coupe being a lardy 1470kg (although this figure may be for the triptronic model). 100kg is optimistic (its actually 90kg as the S2 is already 10kg lighter[;)]), but 50+kg is relatively easy to achieve, Recaro PP seats -32kg, spare wheel + tools + unneeded cr*p -15kg = 47kg, thats 57kg lighter than 968CS, then you have, rear seat delete, -15kg, aftermarket SS exhaust -10-20kg, rear wiper delete, -2kg?, CS door cards -?kg, lightweight lithuim battery -15kg, although not cheap! Edd
 
I just have a pole position and a kevlar recaro seat in my car. Great seats. If you want nice looking ones then I believe that the seats out of the Audi TT sport (older shape) had pole positions that are trimmed in leather and alcantara.
