Time to buy a pair of front tyres and remembered that as a PCGB member I can claim back UP TO £120 reward if I buy at least a pair of Pirelli tyres, great, so just beam up the page and only accepting essential cookies, I type in my local town, then the nearest large city, even county and further still Scotland..... Apparently no Pirelli approved tyre fitting establishments in the county... Hmm...? OK so I am not a youngster, and also not up to speed with all things digital... But I thought I must have done something wrong.... Or is it the case that I need to allow Pirelli to shower me with advertising and download as much data on me that they can find.... Or what... Any ideas....?

It used to be Pirelli Performance Centres only, or OPCs. I always get a competitive price out of them first, using eg Blackcircles as the competitive price guide.

Lots of places are offering discount on Pirellis. Blackcircles etc. You can also claim from the website Brian aluded to as long as you provide a receipt. Worked for me.

Thanks guys, very much appreciated

Jeff`s link opened up a plethora of tyre fitters in my area, when via the www.pirelli.co.uk/porscheclubgb my experience was as I typed above...!
With a bit of discussion and Black Circles thrown in as an alternative supplier the nice chap quoted me circa £482 for a pair of 245/35 ZR20 (91Y) which is a tad better than his first quote of £532....

Just had a look at the rears.... 5-7mm at best, might e best to replace the whole set..!

Thanks Dan, both rears 4919 thus thinking is to just get it over with in one hit.. despite the tread depth.. Changed days from old brit m/cycles with oil soaked rear sidewalls, and a mix of crossply and radial and some with little in the way of tread depth, all of which perhaps made cornering a more delicate operation than driving a 930... ?
