Hi Guys,
How do I get a picture of my boxster alongside my mail message like some of you have already?

I have tried without success so far.
regards,
Iain

Go into the ' Profile' section. Scroll down to ' My avatar' and then you should see a ' Upload my picture (will replace the existing one)' link. Click this and then choose your picture. NB - the max size is 145 X 145 pixels.

Mike,
I did try this once before but it didn' t work but I am having a go again. So this is a test and lets hope I do it correctly this time,
regards,

Nice pic! I had this problem initially as well. It seemed to magically fix itself after I made the first post....

When I try to upload the picture from my C drive, all I get is " There was an error saving the file to disk" .
Any ideas??

Andy

I just checked the upload feature and it works OK for me - Andy: what is the name/type of file you are trying to upload??

I' m getting the same " unable to save the file" pop up from the server. Filename boxstertjm.jpg. 145x145 12KB

basd on the size (145x145) it looks like you were trying to upload an avatar on your first ever post - that is not allowed (sorry but I can' t set it less thatn one post). Please try again and it should work - if not please let me know

Sorry guys but I can see no reason for this.
You must make at least one post before you can upload an Avatar; this must be max 145x145 pixels, less than 10K and a picture format.
Plenty of folks have uploaded succssfully so I am at a loss to know why you cannot. Suggest you enmail me the picture you wish to use and I will see if I can upload...

Andy
as you can see above, if I log in as you I can upload no problem - must be at your end so I need more info to help solve...

No problem with ' choose avatar' but cannot upload photo as it just keeps saying ' cannot find the page' to upload to. Any ideas?

Bet you' re fed up with all this?
