Anyone know wher the microphone is in the KN for the built in phone?

The issue I have is the volume for out going speach, it is very quiet & the person on the other end can't hear, you really have to shout in the car. Incoming volume is fine and clear. Had a look but can't see anyway of adjusting outgoing volume.

Any thoughts please?
 
Not sure if you have an answer yet - The microphone is in the roof section next to the interior lights and sunglass pocket..

I have never had any problems with volume though...

Thanks for that, I'll have an investigate at the weekend & see if I can remove the trim & find the problem.
 
We have found that the passenger's voice is picked up better than the drivers so I wonder if our mic. set for LHD drive.

Could you let me know if thats possible when you investigate please.
