Panamera Facelift?

Hi Everyone,
Time to get back into a Porsche.
Heart says 997.2 C4S head is saying Panamera e-hybrid. 6 mile commute to work. Dedicated parking space with charge points. More modern interior. 5 doors etc...

Could someone please explain the easy points to look for in an advert / photos spot the facelift 970.2?
My budget puts me in the bracket of a higher mileage facelift or the original model.

Any help and advice please, before my heart wins

I had the facelift Panamera S E-Hybrid for 3 years, and it is a vastly different (double the electric power) and much superior car to the Mk1 hybrid. Performance and handling is stunning as I found out during a half-day at the Porsche Centre at Silverstone. The performance figures don’t really tell the whole story, as the 70kw electric motor has instant torque delivery.
Your commute of 6 miles and lots of charging opportunities mirrors my circumstances, and I can wholeheartedly recommend the car.
You should try one and see for yourself.
Then be patient and wait for a good example at a price you’re happy with.

Thank you for the prompt and detailed reply.
Is there an easy way of identifying the facelift version? Finding it really difficult on the likes of autotrader.
Looks like a late MY13. Though seen some 14 plate cars that are first generation.
Also wondering what is the range fule economy like for a long hauls across Europe.(Brexit permitting)

hi all facelift model has different back lights and number plate is in different location on the rear bumper
