outlaw or classic look

well im confused now im really liking the idea of the outlaw look shall i or not

classic look just with detailed polished fuchs

or outlaw look,roll cage,race look stickers and fully polished fuchs

My favourite ' look' for an early car is the 911R style- this is an original (one of the 4 prototypes):

I am slowly (!) converting my car (' 69 911E) to the 911R style & making it as light as possible by removing everything that I regard as superfluous - std f&r seats replaced with peiod racing style bucket seats, original door panels & carpets/sound deadening replaced with RS Lightweight versions, etc etc.

The great advantage is that all these modifications are reversible...

I' m getting rather attached to Outlaw 356 and I' d love to see it on your 912. As long as you don' t do anything that can;t be reversed go for it miggers!

Liking the Ivory car a lot!

I' m tempted to do that to my car, as the original colour is Ivory grey, with maybe a gulf oil sticker on the rear qtr. (its the black car in the pic)

I voted for outlaw, but I think there has to be a half way piont. The 12 looks great as it is but with a few tweeks It can look even better. And it makes it 100% yours.

A few era stickers look cool .

With my 356 I am not going to restor it just yet I am going to have some fun. I am going to lower it take the hub caps off. Sports exhaust well it will be a beetle engine and cover it in stickers from a picture I have seen from the 50' s race cars. May be some flames !!!!!!!![;)]
 
car belonged to Gez Hoye and sported a 130bhp shasta 1720cc running 44idfs based on a ' 67 912 block built by Barry Curtis.
