Well done Lisa with assistance from Michael's finger. You gave us a great talk and did a brilliant job of conveying the excitement of your trip and am still well jealous.

I am just going to ogle your slides [:D]

Agreed, Mark. Lisa and Mike did a great job and we really enjoyed the talk. Encouraged us to think about a driving holiday ourselves next year!

Aw, thanks [:)], all constructive feedback gratefully received. It was nerve-wracking but I suppose I secretly enjoyed it once I got going.

Thanks to our R7 friends for listening to me prattle on, if I can work out how to do it I'll put the presentation on youtube and add the link here.

Thanks again for the flowers and beer, Mark, nice touch!

See you at next club night.

Lisa and able assistant Michael [8|]

And here's a link to the slide deck as promised.

There are a couple of more sedate tours being run next year in case anyone is interested :-

Loire Valley - Sun 27 Jul to Fri 1 Aug (5 nights)
A short tour exploring some of the most famous chateaux in the Loire Valley area staying in 3 & 4 star hotels on a bed and breakast basis, and including Channel Tunnel return crossings.

Italian Lakes & Mountains - Thu 4 Sep to Sat 13 Sep (9 nights)
More driving on this one but a popular tour, travelling through the lakes and mountains of northern Italy and back via some stunning alpine passes. Bed & breakfast in 3 or 4 star hotels and return Channel Tunnel crossing included in the price.

See here for more details.
