Hello All [:D]

This is my first time here as I've just bought a nice 944 and I live in Teesside.

I have a question already if that's OK, which I probably should have asked before buying the car, but who do you recommend for insurance as I don't want my eyes taking out [;)]

Cheers

Andy

If you have another daily driver, then look through the forums for information on classic car insurance.

Didn't pick the car up on e-bay this afternoon did you ?

Cheers David

I'm probably going to try the guys I use for my MK1 Escort (V8) to see what they quote but it always worth seeing if there's a "tame" broker out there.

I did get the car off eBay today, yeah.

Andy

nice to see a new member

Try a search for insurance on all forums to see what you get

I`ve used Adrian Flux on there cherised policy seeing that I use the car most days

Andy,

I was "watching" it, but decided not to bid in the end, just not enough space. I think you probably got a decent car, glad I didn't bid it up for you [:D]

Cheers David

It does seem very clean and the price was right which is nice [:D]

I've just been looking through your website. Excellent stuff.

I'll give Adrian Flux a try Graham, and search the forums, as I want to use the car as much as poss.

Hi Graham
I'm not a new member, I'm an old one.
Been a member for a good few years now (even Member of the Year), attend most club nights, and have organised a few runs in my time. You know, because you've been on them, and hopefully enjoyed them. This is the first time I've been on the forum though, so I hope I can figure out how to use it. Here's another one I'm doing for your diary, even before PP has been delivered:-
Trip on Sunday April 18th to the Forbidden Corner, followed by Sunday lunch and scenic run through the Yorkshire Dales. Meet at 10.15am Scotch Corner southbound services on the A1, for departure at 10.30am. Anyone interested should advise our new RO Nick Stevenson, as numbers will need to be confirmed for the Forbidden Corner and Sunday lunch.
Regards
Alan (midnight blue 911 turbo)
PS Hope Moira's leg is better now, although even crutches couldn't stop her dancing at the Xmas do!!
