Is the year and numberplate pre-fix correct? I thought a 1990 reg would be a 'G' not 'J'...

J is 91/92 so correct surely? You forgot when they were built already????[;)]

Think John has it listed wrong as 1990.

Its on John Glynns blog - I've sent him an email[:)]

Car was launched autumn 91 first press cars sping of '91 so '90 car unlikely - and yes it would be G plated - I think.

Tony, just clicked on your website. My word: awesome falls short.

Where is the day that we went for a drive in Bottesford to see whether £30k for an RS was worth it?

Take care and all the best,

Bert

That run obviously made an impression!

Post traumatic stress disorder more like[:D][;)]

An RS is an itch that I do need to scratch before my back gives in completely. The rubsystone ex- Willy Green is one that I'd loved to have had when it was still slightly dog-eared, as a loose 911 is so much more fun than -for example- a loose nurse.

Take care,

Bert

£60k for a leftie carpet with 55k miles, can that be correct? I have mine on agreed value of £40k with the same mileage. OK it doesn't have the suspension work and Walter Rohrl history......

I have mine with agreed Value at £60,000. I was recently told by a reputable Dealer that my car would sell at just under £70,000!
It has 85,000km on the clock, never been crashed.
Maybe the Red RS was built early to develop the suspension. The chassis number would be interesting.

Porsche did not do the suspension testing.

It was just Albert Motorsport who got Walter to test some Bilsteins so they could then sell them.....as Walter Rohl "approved" suspension[8|]

Looks like there are still some 'cheap' ones around:

The midnight one is mine, nothing wrong with it at all, everything present and correct (mags/seats/bonnet/st.wheel) Only needs to go as I havent had the chance to use it. Will be freshly serviced. If anyone thinks it's too cheap I can always up the price [;)]
