New Steering Wheel

Guest

New member
Having decided to treat myself to an Easter present, I arranged to meet up with Simon of www.essentialstyling.com , to choose a new steering wheel for my 964 C2 1991 Targa.

So up bright and early yesterday morning to rendezvous with Simon at Brentwood, that being a half way location for us.

Simon had a selection of three different wheels for me to look at. The one I chose was an Official Porsche one and had an Alloy and enamel centre, which I think matches up with the Cup Alloys and their enamel Porsche crests.

The Wheel is Black to compliment the car' s Black Leather interior.

Nice steering wheel you have there ken.
you will find that your thumbs hook nicely in the top spokes making it a good resting point for you hands on long journeys.
I prefer a three point wheel to the " lozenge" ones anyhow.
Regards.

Hi Paul,
I gave the steering wheel and the new clutch a good try out over last weekend when I attended the Titanic 964 Cornish Event. The steering wheel felt very comfortable over the 820 mile journey.

Best wishes
Ken
