Sounds really good, on tickover doesn't sound much louder than the original but when you give it some gas it comes on song which is what I asked for so am really pleased. Jon, Chuffed to bits, although Lin reckons if I start polishing underneath the car as well the white coats may appear[:D][:D] Cheers

Could you take a pic further away from the car? I think finding the right exhaust to suit the 944 with that rear under spoiler is near impossible! Even the standard one looks awful. I'm thinking purely aesthetically but I like my cars to looks smart.

Snap, I like my cars to look smart as well, I will get a couple of Pics for you at the weekend (car is not kept at home) from a couple of angles. Cheers

DivineE, sorry I had not posted these before now but here are a couple of pics as requested.

Thanks very much. That is definitely one of my favourite of the ones I've seen.. almost standard just slightly nicer.[:)] top work

Wow that looks just about perfect, in fact for me that is perfect! So guys what is the craic with the small box on a 944 '88 as far as I can tell there is no Lamda so can I just go back to basics with my 8v '88???

Hi Frenchy £787.00 inc VAT, fitting & new rubber supports and gaskets. not bad for a lifetime piece of kit. Cheers Andy

Looks like it fits better at the back than my Dansk, which seems to stick out a bit to far. I'll have to get a pic and compare them, but the car's at it's second home in Cheddington getting MOT'd and serviced.

Yes looking at it again I revise my statement to say this is the nicest exhaust I've seen on a 944.

I have just bought the Fabspeed motorsport cat back 3 inch for the race car,i will take some pictures of it when it is on......it is pretty stunning,no more exhaust whistle for me![:D]

ORIGINAL: MarkK it is pretty stunning,no more exhaust whistle for me![:D]
and a little bit quicker to spool up I'll be bound [:D]. Why only cat back though, did you not fancy replacing the front pipe too?

$$$$$££££££££££££!!!! Also noise, just want to see how noisy it is like this first, after the boomy 4 inch on the red car i don't want to make it borderline!!Ordered from Fabspeed it was in my office in a couple of days!???How did they do that beam it across!?????![:D]

How much does the fab speed work out at with shipping Mark? That's the only other exhaust I'm interested in because I like the way its made.

Unless i made a mistake 625 quid to your door, quality is amazing, polished like a mirror and amazing super neat welds discreet fabspeed motif at the bottom of oval,i really love it if you call ask for joe in sales, super helpful and efficient, can't believe how quick it came,it just looks like a slightly larger oval standard looking tailpipe.Looking forward to hearing it.
