Hi guys,
I thought I would join up, been a member over on 924OC for a year or so but it’s very quiet up here in the north of Scotland.
I have a 1988 924s, which is having a few issues at the moment but hopefully have her back on the road soon.

Many 924 owners up this way on here?

Hi , been a member since 2017 but only just joined the 924 group , recently purchased a 1988 924s Lemans in White. In England. Also member of 924OC but not been able to get to any meets yet. Welcome.

Hi,

A little late with the welcome but welcome along all the same.
Im heading in to my 8th year with PCGB (suits my needs better than 924OC did) and 10th year of 924 ownership (1982 2.0 na) and live just outside Oxord. I'd suggest finding your local PCGB region and see what they get up to once your 924 is back on the road :)

Thanks

I have just moved to Faringdon, Oxfordshire and found Westland Autos at Gainfield is my nearest Porsche independent garage for service , repairs etc . I am taking my 924s there for a service .
Is there other recommendations for servicing & repairs in Oxfordshire .

Hi,

I’m not far away (Witney). I struggled to find a local garage who still had the tools and knowledge to look after k-jet injection so the end went on a journey of discovery and do all maintenance/fixes myself. It only goes to a garage for mot. I find half the battle with garages is finding one you trust so if you have faith (and built a relationship) in the garage stuck with them.
