A new PCGB Member has asked if I could post this message regarding ‘unusual noises’ coming from various areas in his New Carrera T.
I have mentioned to them that the T model has less sound deadening and thinner glass than some other Carreras, which ‘may’ result in additional cabin noise.
Does anyone here with Carrera T, or indeed any other Carreras have any experience or suggestions to recommend.

Looking for some help/guidance on how to deal with some minor issues with a new Carrera T I purchased...
1) at around 2k - 3k rpm under load, there is a high pitched oscillation emanating from just in front of the fans behind the rear seats. Not loud, but slightly unusual.
2) when a/c system is blowing harder it is super noisy and buffets - sounds like your head is out an open window whilst driving. Not a constant stream...feels like the a/c is faulty.
I've been told by Porsche UK these are "characteristics" of the car and they've replicated the same issues in other vehicles (they say they tested a 992.2 carrera in Guildford Porsche) and other than that they've had my vehicle for a couple of days, smoke tested lines, recorded and isolated the sound etc etc. Unfortunately they won't provide me with the written report, but I have read through it...they recognise the issues, but are unable to associate them with a fault per se, or something that can be covered under warranty.
Just wondering if anyone has noticed anything similar. Other than that...car is fantastic.
