Since purchasing my 1990 964 C2 Targa in December I have had a few jobs carried out to bring it to the standard I wanted it, not that it was that bad at all and it has a good history only having 2 previous owners both registered less than 5 miles from me and the original supplying dealer only 2 miles away ( rather was shut down in the early 90's ).
Jobs ( Some of them minor just because I wanted them )
Full service
New steering rack ( I knew this needed doing as the seller pointed it out and although he would have done it I used it has part of negotiations ).
2 new key heads.
Cup mirrors.
Original 17 in Cup 1 wheels.
Front seats and door cards re trimmed.
New alarm
RS steering wheel
Decat pipe it already had a Gpipe ( So together sounds great ).
A little bit of paint work due to a little blister by the rear window rubber, which looked as though it could be a lot worse, under the rubber seal but when stripped back was very solid and a small chip on the rear bumper.
A new water bottle cap.
A couple of hoses.
New front bonnet struts.
Oil regulator cotton reel.
Side skirt clips.
rear wiper blade.
Next jobs,
Fit the new stereo once sorted the wiring.
Good clean on the inside.
I'm waiting now for the weather to improve to get out and enjoy it more.
