My old Turbo for sale on PH

Just had a tip off from the nice guy who bought it from me, that my old 944 Turbo is for sale on Pistonheads.

It's been pampered since I sold it and it still looks to be extremely clean.

Just saying...!!

Runs off to check piggy bank....

This is one of if not the sexiest-looking 944 I have ever seen (on pictures that is), and apparenly is in as good condition as when Nick had it.

Anyone knows a source for (used) GT3 wheels?

I'm pretty sure this is the one I came to see when it was last for sale. A good solid example, nice choice of modifications. No serious rust. I would probably pay 6k.. Personally.

Know what you mean about the seats. I love my sport seat. But what the hell I'd do a straight swap for mine and chance being done[8|][8|][8|]

very nice car when I saw it at Donington a couple of years back. Pretty good vfm I would say

Nice looking car !!! just a shame it's only a Turbo and not an S2! Stands back and watches the fireworks..... lol

Im standing back and waiting...................just one thing to say .......... and I learnt this from this forum.................................................BOOOOOOOOOOOOST

I'll admit I've never driven an S2, it's probably an adequate everyday car but with less than 200 bhp these days from the wheezy engine it's all show, they will likely end up like normally aspirated japs in the sub £1k bracket, but look on the bright side S2 boys, turbo owners may pay £100 for your engines for 3.0 conversions [:D].

I've driven a Turbo, and got out being very grateful I own an S2. And if they cost less for one of similar quality then I wonder what people think they are getting for the extra money of a turbo.

Personally, I think they are both GREAT cars. Pauly, you should get out in an s2!

That was a bit harsh on you Steve - apologies!

They are both great cars. For different reasons. And I can't understand why the Turbos attract more money than the S2's, given that they are inferior in as many ways as they are superior.
