This is what I think, don't know what others think but if any is of interest how do we get it rolling
356 register web site a site open to all to offer details of their cars for the UK register and a small pic and a bit of detail
with the site resto pictures of cars like Helens which are a good way to involve more people
open days I for one, am very happy to have a BBQ at my house for any 356 interested parties to come and have a chat and show any tips of 356 ownership or advice on resto
356 help days.. as I don't even know who local to me has a 356 ( only the ones I have found ) how about opening up a can I have some help.. like the guys in the US do..
local informal meets though out the year.. round the country eg London area one month , New forest another, Wales another essex etc etc
the web site to contain uptodate suppliers and links to interesting web sites that can inform and help owners
drive your 356 day !!
each month a members car is pictured with some information about the car and how they have got on with it..

alot of this could be based on the web to help build up a history of pictures and articals for UK owners.
it's never going to be huge numbers but it's a start..
and to keep saying only a few people use the net is just not looking into the future.
Puls do they even know it's available to them? I have not even seen a post or an artical in PP to say the web site even has an area for the 356 owners!!
