Moderator changes

Minor change to the moderators for this section of the forum.

I have asked Phil Johnson if he would like to continue with his current moderator role and he has kindly accepted.

I have also asked Helen Goff if she would like to be the second moderator and she has kindly accepted.

So thank you to Phil and Helen and hopefully they will manage keep you all under control
