Missing seat trim?

While faffing about with the seats I noticed that there are threaded mounting points at the front of the seat bottom (the part nearest your heels when you sit in the car, hope this makes sense!). It looks like there should be some sort of plastic trim there to cover the seat motors and prevent things going under the seat. Am I correct or are these screw holes for something else?

Yes you are correct mate there should be a black plastic trim there.

Mine has them as well but I didnt even notice untill I changed my seats. I wouldn't worry about it [;)]

Hmm, I haven't noticed them missing in the last 18 months but now I know I want a pair! Anyone got some kicking about?

EDIT : Does anyone know if these parts are specific to the height adjustable seats or are they universal?

i have several on interiors i have removed over the last few years. Name your price for a pair and i will dig some out.

Have a pair on the S2 I am breaking at the mo. Specific to the elctric seats, have some screws as well. If you send me your address, i will chuck some in an envelope FOC,

Leave 'em off ... think of it as easy weight-saving (they must be ... ooohh, at least 50grams! Mr Empson would be very keen to save another 50 grams from his machine!)
