If the monthly run is on the 7th you can definitely use my passenger seat, mind you, if you get an offer of a ride in a GT3 RS or similar I will understand. [

Yes, there are supposed to be 40+ 928s attending plus a couple of classic 911s and a M3 CSL. As it is my first trackday I am looking forward to it and dreading it at the same time!

Thanks - well, there's your cue everyone - who's going to make the best offer and win the prize of having me in the passenger seat....... [&:]
hey, I could change cars every few miles and give marks out of 10 at the end [
or I could be seriously embarrased and find no offers at all...[

Are we agreed on doing this next Saturday (7th) ????
This was meant to be a 'second Saturday' event - the only reason I proposed the 7th is because I'm not around on the 14th (Silverstone FIA-GT), but as I'm now having to hitch a ride anyway I don't want to over-rule the rest of you.
Mind you, I can navigate easier from the passenger seat if you still want me to choose the route....... [

I decided to bring the car out and led across Ashdown Forest, south of Tunbridge Wells and down to Bewl Water - where we rapidly turned round because it costs £5 to park !!! [
A good run, mostly very sunny, we picked up a stray 997 at one point, but he soon turned off - didn't think we looked that rough [
