Dear David,

Lancashire Region members are invited to join fellow Porsche Club GB members for Magic Motor Fest, at Farnworth Cricket Club, Lavender Road, Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 0EA on Sunday 27 September from 12noon to 5pm. Magic Motor Fest is a Sports & Classic Car Show being organised in support of the fantastic charity Speed of Sight.

Speed of Sight was founded by Mike Newman BEM, and his friend John Galloway to give children and adults living with disabilities the opportunity to experience life-changing driving experiences.

Blind from birth, Mike’s achievements behind the wheel are quite remarkable. He is a seven-time Guinness World Record holder and has set world land speed records in an incredible range of machinery, including a Jaguar XJR, BMW M5, Porsche GT2, Nissan GT-R and even a racing truck, as well as holding speed records on motorcycles.

Mike and John are bringing together car enthusiasts, clubs and dealerships for Magic Motor Fest, which promises to be a great day for anyone with a passion for cars while supporting a very worthwhile cause.

See HERE for full information.

The event is limited to 200 show cars, with crowds of around 2,000 people expected, and we would love to see a strong Porsche Club GB presence on the day.

Join the PCGB Display
If you would like to bring your Porsche and be part of the Porsche Club GB display, you will need to pre-register directly with the event organisers via the Magic Motor Fest event link below.

Once you’ve registered, please let me know so we can coordinate the Lancashire Region cars and arrange to meet up with our fellow PCGB members for the display.

It would be great to see a good turnout from Lancashire Region and support Mike, John and the brilliant work of Speed of Sight.

I hope to see some of you there.
